It’s been awhile since I’ve checked in with you, my dear readers, so I wanted to just do a quick Sunday Salon post to let you know that I am still alive and it is me, not a robot, who is writing these reviews! I have to say, I’m so glad that I’ve managed to get back into the reviewing groove after all the moving craziness. Part of me was afraid that, once I lost it, I’d never really get back to regular reviewing, and that made me sad. But I’ve been able to stick with it the past few weeks, so that’s good news!
Things are busy, as always. Work has really ramped up, and we’ve been spending a lot of time going out and seeing friends. That’s left less time for reading and reviewing, but I’m still managing to do okay. It helps that I have a ton of outstanding books I’ve read but haven’t yet reviewed, so even if I’m not reading as much, I still have books to write about! I’ve also joined a book club since moving and am absolutely loving it.
You may have heard that Google Reader is shutting down. This is the prime way I keep track of the blogs I love, so I’ll be doing a post in the next couple of weeks about other ways you can keep track of my blog if you use Google Reader. If you have no idea what Google Reader or RSS are, then you don’t need to worry, though you still may find the post of interest if you’re looking for new ways to keep track of things.
Well, busy day ahead full of food and fun! I hope everyone has a great week, and a great St. Patrick’s Day!

I'm looking forward to your post about Google Reader replacements. I'm so bummed it's going away!
