If you follow this blog regularly, you may know that I had an internship in the fall at WETA’s The Book Studio, which is a project of DC’s PBS affiliate. We have great author interviews conducted by the Managing Editor, Bethanne Patrick (@thebookmaven on Twitter), reviews, and a lot of great original content.
So now, you’re asking yourself, why is she rambling about the place she used to intern? Well, I’m incredibly excited to announce that The Book Studio has asked me to stay on in a part-time position! I’m now officially the Associate Editor and Review Coordinator of The Book Studio. I’m so happy that I’m able to continue working there – I love the work and the people! You’ll probably be hearing about it more often – one of the perks of the job is getting to attend the wonderful author interviews, so I’ll be writing about some of the authors I get to meet!
