Up until now, I haven't really had a written out review policy. I thought it was a bit too formal. But after reading the wonderful post by Paula detailing why a review policy is important for publicists to connect with bloggers, I decided to go ahead and put one together. You can access it in my menu bar above by hitting the button entitled "About Me" or in the top left-hand sidebar with the "review policy" link.
Welcome!

Welcome! I’m Swapna Krishna, and this is where you’ll find my book reviews. Feel free to look through my review database. I also host the South Asian Review Database and run the South Asian Challenge, which promote the authors and literature of the region.
I do accept books for review, but please take a look at my review policy before pitching me a book. If you have any questions, please contact me.

I'm off to work on my own review policy. Thanks for the link.
I think that's a great idea, Krishna!
I think you did a great job with your policy! I'll post it on my blog page too, since I'm posting examples. I'm glad I could help!
Good job! I plan to do the same this weekend.
I'm just in the middle of updating my review policy too. I like yours because it is so succinct and clear; I hope mine turns out as well :)
Kim
Great policy. I haven't been seeking out/accepting any review books lately, but I'm wondering if it wouldn't hurt for all of us to have some type of personal review policy.
