It's official – I have read 100 books in 2009! I'm a little bit in disbelief that I managed to do it before March is even over. Regardless, I'm really happy about my reading pace, though I don't think I'll be able to sustain it. Still, it's a good feeling!
Welcome!

Welcome! I’m Swapna Krishna, and this is where you’ll find my book reviews. Feel free to look through my review database. I also host the South Asian Review Database and run the South Asian Challenge, which promote the authors and literature of the region.
I do accept books for review, but please take a look at my review policy before pitching me a book. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Wow!!! Congrats. I'm stunned.
You must be a really fast reader!
You are seriously hardcore, lady. I'm in constant awe by how much you read.
That is great! At this rate you'll be on track for 400 books this year!
WOW!! I'm speechless :) Touching wood here.. that is so great.. congrats!
Did you review them all? what are your favorite ones :) like a top ten thingy!
@Desert Rose - A few of the books are for school, so I haven't reviewed all of them. I'm planning on reviewing all the non-school books, a list of all the books I've read is here. If you want a "best of", check out my right sidebar and scroll down about halfway!
I'm impressed, but not surprised. Congratulations!
I see you are reading gifted, that's actually one of the lowest rating I've given a book so I can't wait to see what you think!
That is absolutely AMAZING!! I am hoping to read 50 books for the year. You are an inspiration.
You are amazing! 100 books already? I can only imagine the total by December.
Wow! Congrats. That would take me about 3 years at least.
Wow... you never cease to amaze me with your reading pace.
That's incredible! I'm very jealous!
Impressive!
Wow, that is seriously amazing. I am almost at half that and I felt pretty proud until I read this post... ;)
Congrats!!
Wha- ? How did you DO that? I majored in both English and History and read on the side, but I've never been able to come close to 100 books in three months!
You are truly an inspiration. :)
wow i am in awe of you!
I am completely in awe of you!!! Congratulations! I was happy to hit that number in an entire year :)
Holy Crap! How did you do this? I'm totally amazed. If I get to 100 by the end of year, I'll be amazed at myself but you did it in the first quarter! Congrats! Now take a nice break!
That's fantastic. I've only just finished lucky number 13.
(If you count re-reads, though, then I've read 18, which is better, but still nowhere in the neighborhood of 100).
That is absolutely amazing!
Wow, you're a fast reader! :D
You're amazing! I thought I was doing particularly well with 50. LOL!
You are amazing! I think I read a lot, but I'm only at 50!
Let me add the chorus of HOLY CRAP. That's absolutely amazing! My measly 20ish books looks even measlier. If that's a word.
shocking!!! 100 books this year already?? I am amazed at your reading speed swapna! how do you manage esp considering that you have a life outside of books???
WHAT?! Man, I though I was going good with my 47 books, but that is AMAZING! Congratulations!
Slow down girl - your going to put everyone else to shame!!
All I can say is OMG!!! I don't know how you do it but you can come over here at any time and help me get through my piles.
O my gosh. That's amazing! My goal is 100 for the year...and I'm not sure I can do that! Congratulations!!!!
