Dewey's Books Reading Challenge

I've decided to participate in the Dewey's Books Reading Challenge for 2009! I think this is a wonderful way to remember her and to honor her commitment to the book blogging community.

There are two ways to participate. I've chosen to pick 5 books that she reviewed to read in 2009. If you're interested in participating, here is more information.

My list:

1. Gifted - Nikita Lalwani
2. Persepolis - Marjane Satrapi
3. Purple Hibiscus - Chimamanda Adichie
4. The Post-Birthday World - Lionel Shriver
5. The Uncommon Reader - Alan Bennett

What a nice idea for a challenge. I didn't really like Gifted but I adored Persepolis (you must watch the movie too!)

I'm going to do this one too. It's a nice way for everyone to remember her. I'll have to put it together this weekend sometime.
